Annual report 2019: the commitment to supporting the economy remains strong. As in previous years, the efforts of Basel Area Business & Innovation, the agency for investment and innovation promotion, also paid off in 2019.
Last year, Basel Area Business & Innovation assisted in the settlement of 30 companies and the establishment of 62 startups. The growth of the health tech sector was particularly strong and the year was a great success for the Switzerland Innovation Park Basel Area.
