We warmly welcome you to our second virtual auditorium event. Technologiepark Basel and the Swiss Biotech Association invite you to a lunch talk in our Virtual Auditorium: ‘How to attract and retain the best talents’.

It has always been essential to foster a strong culture to attract and retain the best talent. However, it has never been as important to attract and retain the right talent as Switzerland is increasingly challenged as a business location because of immigration restrictions.

At this event, we will draw on the expertise of established startup founders and expert speakers to provide practical advice on winning the war on talent and recruit the right fit to create a highly motivated team.

You will hear from an esteemed panel, including Marc Gitzinger, CEO and co-founder of BioVersys, and Heiko Bruhn, MD Switzerland of GenSearch Corporate.
