Escaping the antibiotics crisis with innovation
The Office of Economy and Labour (OEL) has been the location partner of the Swiss Innovation Forum for many years. Due to COVID-19, this year’s edition was a virtual event.
Day 2 was dedicated to innovation in the field of life sciences. As a substitute for the local presence and the possibility to experience Basel-Stadt first-hand, the OEL commissioned a movie on innovation in fighting resistance against antibiotics. The movie was streamed during the SIF and shows how the research and innovation hub Basel plays a pivotal role in this endeavour.
