As an employer have you discovered that one of your employees is pregnant, and you do not know whether the job is still suitable and manageable for this individual? The Labour Inspectorate will be happy to answer your questions about the protection of health during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

We will gladly advise you about

  • the obligations of your company concerning maternity protection
  • the hazardous and arduous work that should be avoided during pregnancy
  • the optimal organisation of working hours for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding
